Chinese New Year falls on 03 February this year, and there is no finer place to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit with family, friends and colleagues than at mod-Chinese fine dining restaurant Ming Court.

From 31 January to 12 February 2011, Cantonese chef Chan Yuen Lung has prepared a selection of auspicious New Year banqueting menus accompanied by fine wines Expect Prime Cantonese Suckling Pig, South African Abalone with Mushroom to bring good luck for the year ahead! And don’t forget to celebrate the festive moment with our fabulous seafood dishes, including Prawn Served with Two Ways and Braised Scallops with Vegetables.
Set menus are at RMB1,000 and RMB 1,300 with paired wine, table menus from RMB2,888 to RMB5,888 per table.

A Chinese dinner in a private room at Ming Court overlooking the lake guarantees to impress! While Sweet & Sour Grouper Fish Ball is catering the lady’s appetite, Steamed Sea cucumber with Browne Broth and Stir-fried Asparagus & Beef with Garlic are enhancing the mood with the sweet companion of a glass of Prosecco with fresh strawberries. Set menu starts from only RMB388 per person.

Go ‘Old School Valentine’ at Fuel! Share the Testing Platter with your loved one to sample Marinated Sea Salmon on Bruschetta and Roast Duck Larb Gai together. Don’t miss out! The Chateaubriand roasts aged beef tenderloin with tarragon butter jus, broccoli and steamed asparagus with sauce hollandaise and chateau potatoes to fulfill your appetite. To wind it all up, special Valentine chocolate dessert promises to melt your heart while DJ is spinning retro love classics. Set menu is at RMB260 per person, including a glass of Proscecco and rose for your Valentine.
